Refund & Return Policy

30-Day Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging (Bible tabs must be unopened and unapplied).

How to Start a Return

Email info@alexshoppingexpress.com with your order number and the reason for return.
We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address.
Ship the item back. We recommend using a tracked service. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund (including shipping) at no cost to you — no need to return the damaged item.

Exchanges

Want a different Bible or cover? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange. If the new item costs more, we'll send a payment link for the difference; if less, we'll refund the difference.
