Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM PT or on weekends are processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping: $8.99 flat rate per order
KJV Large Print Bible + Tabs Bundle: $9.99 (due to size and weight)

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after shipment via USPS or UPS. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@alexshoppingexpress.com with your order number (and photos for damage). We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
